The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Istiklal Street and the metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the stunning view from the hotel's rooftop terrace. a great experience.
I was disappointed by the lack of an elevator in the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, just a minute away from the bustling Istiklal Street. We could easily explore the vibrant Taksim Zone and even reach the šishane and Taksim Metro stations on foot. The staff, especially Kadir and Said at the reception, were extremely friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries or help we needed. They made us feel welcomed and provided excellent customer service.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff, Kadir and Said, were very respectful and helpful. They were always ready to explain and assist me with anything I needed. The breakfast at the Bi Melek cafe on the 4th floor was delicious, and the staff there were also very nice and respectful. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and only a minute away from Istiklal Street. It was very convenient to walk to different places in the city, and the metro stations were also close by.
